rear electronic parking brake heating discs

Hello all.

I got problem with rear electronic parking brake. After 5 minute drive, my rear discs are very, very hot - can't touch it. Front are OK.

I have already replacing pads and discs, but the problem persists. My rear pads are lasting only for about 10000 kms. I already got my car at dealer mechanics and they are telling that all is OK, but I do not think. Is there any settings to do on motors with VCDS?
